“Bond Notes Bill” Gazetted 

Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe Amendment Bill, 2016 - HB 12-2016

MEMORANDUM
This Bill will amend the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe Act [Chapter 22: 15] (No. 5 of 1999) to enable the Reserve Bank, with the leave of the Minister responsible for finance to issue "bond notes" exchangeable at par value with the United States dollar, on the same basis that it previously issued bond coins.
At the same time, the oppottunity is taken to validate the issuance of bond coins currently in circulation, "for the avoidance of doubt".
In more detail the individual clauses of the Bill provide as follows:

Pan-African Minerals University of Science and Technology Act [Cap 25-33]

AN ACT to provide for the establishment, governance and purpose of the Pan-African Minerals University of Science and Technology (PAMUST); and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
Enacted by the Parliament and President of Zimbabwe. This Act may be cited as the Pan-Arrican Minerals Stale University of Science and Technology Act [Chapter 25:33].

CCZ 14-16 - Majome vs ZBC

This is an application for relief made in terms ofs 85(1)(a) of the Constitution of Zimbabwe Amendment (No. 20) Act 2013 ("the Constitution"). The applicant is acting in her own interests although she also invokes the alleged violation of the rights of Movement for Democratic Change-Tsvangirai ("MDC-T'), a political party of which she is a member.

The Judicial Service Commission [JSC] has announced the four candidates who have emerged from the nomination process.  There are four qualified candidates – all senior serving judges.  In order of seniority in the judicial hierarchy, the candidates are—

These regulations may be cited as the Postal and Telecommunications (Infrastructure Sharing) Regulations, 2016.
