HON. CHAPFIKA:  Thank you very much Madam Speaker.  I rise to present the Portfolio Committee joint report of the Finance and Economic Development and Small and Medium Enterprises and Cooperative Development on the Movable Property Security Interests Bill (H.B. 7, 2016).

SI 2017-50 - Estate Administrators (Registration and Examination) (Amendment) Rules, 2017 (No. 3)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliarnentary Affairs, has in terms of section 66(3) of the Estate Administrators Act [Chapter 27:20], made the following rules. These ruIes may be cited as the Estate Administrators (Registration and Examination) (Amendment) Rules, 2017 (No. 3).

Portfolio Committee Report on Local Gvt, Rural & Urban Development on Service Delivery by Local Authorities

The Portfolio Committee on Local Government, Rural and Urban Development plays an oversight role on the Ministries of Local Govemment, Public Works and National Housing and Rural Development, Promotion and Preservation of National Culture and Heritage. The Committee conducted an inquiry into the operations of Local Authorities with a view to assess overall service delivery.
