As of 23rd April 2019, the Supreme Court Rules 2018, published in SI 84/2018 [link] have been amended once, by SI 89/2019 [link], of 19th April 2019 - which affected rules 30 and 33 regarding appeals by the Prosecutor-General in criminal cases.

The first amendments to last year’s new Supreme Court Rules published in SI 84/2018 [link]. Rules 30 and 33 are amended, to clarify the procedure for the Prosecutor-General to apply for the leave of a Supreme Court judge to appeal from a High Court decision or sentence in a criminal matter.
