IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Health and Child Care has, in terms of section 68 of the Public Health Act [Chapter 15:17], made the following regulations:‒

SI 2020-144 Public Health (COVID-19 Prevention, Containment and Treatment) (National Lockdown) (Amendment) Order, 2020 (No. 11)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Health has, in terms of section 8(1) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Prevention, Containment and Treatment) Regulations, 2020 (published in Statutory Instrument 77 of 2020), made the following order:—
1. This order may be cited as the Public Health (COVID-19 Prevention, Containment and Treatment) (National Lockdown) (Amendment) Order, 2020 (No. 11).

SI 2020-142 Broadcasting Services (Digital Terrestrial Television Broadcasting Services) Regulations, 2020 Correction of Error

IT is hereby notified, for general information, that the Broadcasting Services (Digital Terrestrial Television Broadcasting Services) Regulations, 2020, published in Statutory Instrument 26 of 2020, contained an error.
The statutory instrument is corrected in section 4(3) by the deletion of “twenty years” and substitution of “six months”.

SI 2020-141 Broadcasting Services (Community and Campus Radio Broadcasting Services) Notice, 2020 Correction of Error

IT is hereby notified, for general information, that the Broadcasting Services (Community and Campus Radio Broadcasting Services) (Amendment) Regulations, 2020 (No. 1), published in Statutory Instrument 117 of 2020, contained an error.
The statutory instrument is corrected—
(a) in section 2 and 3(a) by the deletion of “board” and substituted by “body”;

SI 2020-140 National Employment Council - Memorandum of Agreement Cotton Industry, 2020

IT is hereby notified that, in terms of section 80 of the LabourAct [Chapter 28:01], in a collective bargaining session conducted between the Employers’ Association for the Cotton Industry and the Cotton Marketing Workers Union, the following was agreed and adopted:—
1. Statutory Instrument 210 of 2019, is hereby amended by the deletion of the whole section 1 and substitution with the following—

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare, in terms of section 17 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], has made the following regulations:—

1. These regulations may be cited as the Labour (Domestic Workers) Employment (Amendment) Regulations, 2020 (No. 20).

SI 2020-137 Banking (Amendments) Regulations, 2020 (No. 4)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has, in terms of section 81 of the Banking Act [Chapter 24:20] and in consultation with the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe as required by subsection (5) of that section, made the following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Banking (Amendment) Regulations 2020 (No. 4).
