SI 2021-036 Finance (Amendment of Section 14(2)(a) and Schedule to Chapter I of Finance Act) (No. 2) Regulations, 2021

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance has, in terms of section 3 of the Finance Act [Chapter 23:04], made the following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Finance (Amendment of section 14(2)(a) and Schedule to Chapter I of Finance Act (No. 2) Regulations, 2021.

GN 2021-0077 Income Tax Act- Declaration of Special Mining Lease as Approved Holder for Prurposes of Exemption from Certain Taxes

THE Minister of Finance and Economic Development, in terms of section 36 of the Income Tax Act [Chapter 23:06], hereby declares Economic Great Dyke Investment (Private) Limited company to be an approved holder of a special mining lease with effect from 1st January, 2020, for purposes of sections 26, 30, 31 and 32 of the Act in respect of non-resident tax chargeable on—

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare has, in terms of section 80(1) of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], published the Collective Bargaining Agreement set out in the schedule which further amends the agreement published in Statutory Instrument 167 of 1991 and is registered in terms of section 79 of the Act.
