To apply a sum of money for the service of Zimbabwe during the year ending on the 31 st December, 2018.
ENACTED by the Parliament and the President and the National Assembly.
1 Short title
This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (2018) Act,2017 .
2 Interpretation
In this Act--
"Estimates of Expenditure" means the Estimates of Expenditure for the year ending on the 3lst December,2018, submitted to and passed by the National Assembly;
"Retention Fund" means a Retention Fund referred to in section l8(1)(a) or
(b) of the Public Finance Management Act fChapter 22:I9l (No. l l of 15 2009);
"Vote" means a vote appropriation for the year ending on the 3lst December, 2018, as specifiedin the Estimates of Expenditure.
