The Finance Bill, 2020 (H.B. 4, 2020) was passed by the National Assembly on Thursday 10th September 2020 with amendments.  It was then sent to the Senate. 

The document downloadable below contains the text of the amendments, which were proposed by the Minister of Finance and Economic Development and approved by the National Assembly. 

The amendments make related changes to clauses 3 and 4 of the Bill and add a new clause 18 amending the Companies and Other Business Entities Act.
