SI 2019-124 Customs and Excise (Suspension) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 (No. 212)

IT is hereby notifi ed that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has, in terms of section 235 as read with section 120 of the Customs and Excise Act [Chapter 23:02], made the following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Customs and Excise (Suspension) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 (No. 212).

Adverse Report of the Parliamentary Committee on the Agricultural Marketing Authority (Command Agriculture scheme for Domestic Crop, Livestock and Fisheries Production) Regulations, 2018. Statutory Instrument 247 of 2018

In pursuit of its constitutional mandate as provided in section 152(2) of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, the Parliamentary Legal Committee (herein referred to as “the Committee) considered the Agricultural Marketing Authority (Command Agriculture Scheme for Domestic Crop, Livestock and Fisheries Production) Regulations, 2018.  After deliberations the Committee unanimously resolved that an adverse report be issued in respect of the Statutory Instrument, due to the following reasons.

1. These regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Marketing Authority (Livestock Development Levy) Regulations, 2017.

SI 2017-096 Collective Bargaining Agreement-Agriculture

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare has, in terms of section 80(1) of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], published the Collective Bargaining Agreement set out in the Schedule, which further amends the agreement published in Statutory !nstrument 116 of 2014, which has been registered in terms of section 79 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01].
