IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Home Affairs and Cultural Heritage has, in terms of section 3(3) of the Extradition Treaty Act [Chapter 9:08], made the following Treaty—

IT is hereby notified that the Minister has, in terms of section 3(3) of the Extradition Act [Chapter 9:08], made the following Treaty:—

1. This Treaty may be cited as the Extradition Treaty with Russia, 2020.
