GN 2023-1406A Notice of Oath of Member of Parliament in terms of the Provisions of Section 128(1) of the Constitution of Zimbabwe

IT is hereby notified that, in terms of section 128(1) of the Constitution, the day and time for Members of Parliament to make and subscribe to the Oath of a Member of Parliament before the Clerk of Parliament in the form set out in the Third Schedule to the Constitution shall be—

In this notice the Clerk of Parliament gave public notice that members of the Ninth Parliament elected in the 30th July harmonised elections are to be sworn in on Wednesday 5th September, members of the House of Assembly at 10 a.m. and Senators at 2.30 p.m.
