SI 2017-78 - Health Institutions Registration Fees

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Health and Child Care, in terms of section 145 of the Health Professions Act [Chapter 27:19], has approved the following regulations made by the Health Professions Authority:-
1. These regulations may be cited as the Health Professions (Registration and Fees of Health Institutions) Regulations, 2017.
2. The fees payable for registration of an institution shall be as prescribed in the First Schedule.
3. The annual fees shall be as prescribed in the Second Schedule.

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Agriculture, Mechanisation and Irrigation Development has, in terms of section 50 of the Agricultural Marketing Authority Act [Chapter 1 8:24], made the following regulations:-

SI 2017-69 - Collective Bargaining Agreement: Agricultural Industry (Tea and Coffee Sector)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare has, in tenns of section 80(1) of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], published the Collective Bargaining Agreement as set out in the Schedule, which further amends the agreement published in Statutory Instmment 116 of 2014. This agreement was registered in terms of section 79 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01].

lT is hereby notified that the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare has, in tenns of section 80(1) of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], published the Collective Bargaining Agreement as set out in the Schedule, which further amends the agreement published in Statutory Instmment 116 of2014. This agreement was registered in terms of section 79 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01].

SI 2017-67 - Collective Bargaining Agreement: Agricultural Industry

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare has, in terms of section 80(1) of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], published the Collective Bargaining Agreement set out in the Schedule, which fmther amends the agreement published in Statutory Instrument 116 of 2014. This agreement was registered in terms of section 79 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01].

SI 2017-66 - Collective Bargaining Agreement: Salaries and Wages: Tobacco (Miscellaneous) Sector

IT is hereby notified, that the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare has, in terms of section 80(1) of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], published the Collective Bargaining Agreement as setout in the Schedule, which further amends the agreement published in Statutory Instrument 85 of 1993, which was registered in terms of section 79 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01].

SI 2017-65 - Collective Bargaining Agreement: Salaries and Wages: Employment Council for Printing, Packaging & Newspaper Industry

IT is hereby notified, that the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare has, in terms of section 80(1) of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], registered the Collective Bargaining Agreement as set out in the Schedule, which further amends the agreement published in Statutory Instrument 78 of 2015.

SI 2017-62 - Securities (Debt Securities Levies) Rules, 2017

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has, in terms of section 118(6) of the Securities and Exchange Act [Chapter 24:25], approved the following rules made by the Securities and Exchange Commission in terms of section 118(1) -
1. These rules may be cited as the Securities (Debt Securities Levies) Rules, 2017.
2. Every investor in debt securities shall pay the levies outlined in the Schedule below.
3. The charges applicable to transactions in debt securities are categorised in the Schedule.
