SI 2019-246 Collective Bargaining Agreement: Medical and Allied Industry

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare has, in terms of section 80 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], approved the Collective Bargaining Agreement set out in the Schedule, which was registered in terms of section 79 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01]: —
1. The Collective Bargaining Agreement may be cited as the Collective Bargaining Agreement: Medical and Allied Industry, 2019.

SI 2019-245 Collective Bargaining Agreement: Motor Industry

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare has, in terms of section 80 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], approved the publication of the Collective Bargaining Agreement set out in the Schedule. This agreement further amends the agreement published in Statutory Instrument 35 of 2011, registered in terms of section 79 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01].

SI 2019-244 Collective Bargaining Agreement: Motor Industry

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare has, in terms of section 80 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], approved the publication of the Collective Bargaining Agreement registered in terms of section 79 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], set out in the Schedule, which further amends the principal agreement published in Statutory Instrument 35 of 2011.

SI 2019-243 Income Tax (Exemption from Income Tax) (The Global Fund)

THE Minister of Finance and Economic Development, in terms paragraph 3(b) of the Third Schedule to the Income Tax Act [Chapter 23:06], hereby approves the exemption of receipts and accruals of the Global Fund with effect from 30th September, 2015.
The effect of this exemption is that transactions conducted by the Global Fund are also exempt from Intermediate Money Transfer Tax (IMTT).

SI 2019-241 Collective Bargaining Agreement - Leather, Skins, Footwear, Sports, Equipment and Travel Goods Manufacturing Industries

IT is hereby notified that the Collective Bargaining Agreement set out in the Schedule, which further amends the agreement published in Statutory Instrument 246 of 1993, has been registered in terms of section 79 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01].

SI 2019-234 Collective Bargaining Agreement - Agricultural Industry

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare has, in terms of section 80(1) of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], approved the publication of the Collective Bargaining Agreement set out in the Schedule which further amends the agreement published in Statutory Instrument 116 of 2014, registered in terms of section 79 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01].

SI 2019-233 Collective Bargaining Agreement - Textile Manufacturing Industry

IT is hereby notified, in terms of section 80(1) of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], that the Minister has published the Collective Bargaining Agreement set out in the Schedule, which Collective Bargaining was registered in terms of section 79(1) of the Act.
The Collective Bargaining Agreement (Textile Manufacturing Industry) which was published in Statutory Instrument 147 of 2018, is hereby amended.
