1. These regulations may be cited as the Customs and Excise (Electrical Manufacturers) (Rebate) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 (No. 8).

SI 2019 - 165 Collective Bargaining Agreement: Insurance Industry

IT is hereby notified, that the Minister of Labour and Social Welfare has, in terms of section 80 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], approved the publication of the Collective Bargaining Agreement set out in the Schedule which amends the agreement published in Statutory Instrument 146 of 2016.
The agreement has been registered in terms of section 79 of the Act.

IT is hereby notifi ed that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has, in terms of section 225 of the Customs and Excise Act [Chapter 23:02], made the following notice:—
