SI 2020-009 Collective Bargaining Agreement: National Employment Council for Tobacco Industry

IT is hereby notifi ed that the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare has, in terms of section 80(1) of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], published the Collective Bargaining Agreement set out in the Schedule which further amends the agreement published in Statutory Instrument 85 of 1993, registered in terms of section 79 of the Act [Chapter 28:01].

SI 2020-006 Bulawayo (Residential Properties) (Supplementary Charges) (Amendment) By-laws, 2020 (No. 35)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Local Government, Public Works and National Housing has, in terms of section 229 of the Urban Councils Act [Chapter 29:15], approved the following by-laws made by the City Council of Bulawayo:—
1. These by-laws may be cited as the Bulawayo (Residential Properties) (Supplementary Charges) (Amendment) By-laws, 2020 (No. 35).

SI 2020-005 Collective Bargaining Agreement: Cost of Living Adjustment: National Employment Council for Zimbabwe Schools Development Associations and Committees

IT is hereby notified, in terms of section 80 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], that the Minister of Labour and Social Welfare has approved the publication of the Collective Bargaining Agreement registered in terms of section 79 of the Act, set out in the Schedule.

1. These regulations may be cited as the Customs and Excise (Clothing Manufacturer) (Rebate) (Amendment) Regulations, 2020 (No. 4).

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has, in terms of section 235, as read with section 120, of the Customs and Excise Act [Chapter 23:02], made the following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Customs and Excise (Tourism) (Rebate) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 (No. 2).

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has, in terms of section 78 as read with section 12C of the Value Added Tax Act [Chapter 23:12], made the following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Value Added Tax (Unbeneficiated Hides Export) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 (No. 1).

SI 2019-276 Customs and Excise (Suspension) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 (No. 224)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has, in terms of section 235 as read with section 120 of the Customs and Excise Act [Chapter 23:02], made the following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Customs and Excise (Suspension) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 (No. 224).

SI 2019-275A Lotteries and Gaming (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 (No. 6): Correction of Error

IT is hereby notified, for general information, that the Lotteries and Gaming (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019, published in Statutory Instrument 275 of 2019, contained an error.
1. These regulations are corrected by the repeal of the Schedule and the insertion of the following Schedule—

1. These regulations may be cited as the Lotteries and Gaming (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 (No. 6).
