These regulations may be cited as the Postal and Telecommunications (Subscriber Registration) Regulations, 2013. These regulations shall come into operation on the 1st of October, 2013.

His Excellency the President, in terms of section 2(2) of the Public Holidays and Prohibition of Business Act [Chapter 10:21], hereby makes the following notice:-

SI 2013-107 - Electoral (Prescribed Associations and Institutions) Notice, 2013

THE Minister of Justice and Legal Affairs, in terms of paragraph 2(3) of the Seventh Schedule to the Electoral Act [Chapter 2:13], and in consultation with the Minister responsible for administering the Disabled Persons Act [Chapter 17:01], makes the following notice:-
1. This notice may be cited as the Electoral (Prescribed Associations and Institutions) Notice, 2013.
2. The Minister prescribes the associations and institutions listed in the First Schedule as associations and institutions which may submit nominations to the National Disability Board of disabled persons to be delegates at the Electoral College for Persons with a Disability constituted in terms of paragraph 3 of the Seventh Schedule to the Act.

IT is hereby notified that the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission, in terms of section 192 of the Electoral Act [Chapter 2:1 3], has, with the approval of the Minister of Justice and Legal Affairs, made the following regulations:-
1. These regulations may be cited as the Electoral (Nomination of Candidates) Regulations, 2013.

SI 2013-87 - Electoral (Amendment) regulations, 2013 (No. 8)

Electoral (Amendment) Regulations, 2013 (No. 8)
IT is hereby notified that the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission,
in terms of section 192 of the Electoral Act [Chapter 2:13], has, with the approval of the Minister, made the following regulations:-!. These regulations may be cited as the Electoral (Amendment)
Regulations, 2013 (No. 8).
2. Section 8 of the Electoral Regulations, 2005, published in Statutory Instrument 21 of 2005 (hereinafter referred to as the "prin-cipal regulations") is amended by the deletion of "section 55 ( 1 )"and
the substitution of "section 63(2)".
3. Sections 10 and lOA of the principal regulations are repealed and the following sections are substitute

SI 2013-85 - Presidential Powers Electoral Act Amendment Regulations

Presidential Powers (Temporary Measures) (Amendment of Electoral Act) Regulations, 2013
WHEREAS, if a situation affecting, for instance, the general public interest of Zimbabwe, cannot be dealt with adequately in terms of any other law and, because of its urgency, it is inexpedient to
await the passage through Parliament of an Act to deal with it, the President is empowered in terms of section 2 of the Presidential Powers (Temporary Measures) Act [Chapter I 0. 20] to
make such regulations as be considers will deal with that situation;

AND WHEREAS such a situation has arisen in connection with the decision and order of the Constitutional Court of Zimbabwe made pursuant to the case of Mawarire v. Robert Gabriel Mugabe and others (Judgment No. CCZ 1/ 13), delivered on the 31st May, 2013, the effect or which was to order the President to issue the necessary proclamation for Presidential, Parliamentary and local authority elections to take place no later than the 31st July, 2013;
