Electoral (Nomination of Candidates) Regulations, 2013
IT is hereby notified that the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission, in terms of section 192 of the Electoral Act [Chapter 2:1 3], has, with the approval of the Minister of Justice and Legal Affairs, made the following regulations:-
1. These regulations may be cited as the Electoral (Nomination of Candidates) Regulations, 2013.

Electoral (Amendment) Regulations, 2013 (No. 8)
IT is hereby notified that the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission,
in terms of section 192 of the Electoral Act [Chapter 2:13], has, with the approval of the Minister, made the following regulations:-!. These regulations may be cited as the Electoral (Amendment)
Regulations, 2013 (No. 8).
2. Section 8 of the Electoral Regulations, 2005, published in Statutory Instrument 21 of 2005 (hereinafter referred to as the "prin-cipal regulations") is amended by the deletion of "section 55 ( 1 )"and
the substitution of "section 63(2)".
3. Sections 10 and lOA of the principal regulations are repealed and the following sections are substitute

SI 2013-85 - Presidential Powers Electoral Act Amendment Regulations

Presidential Powers (Temporary Measures) (Amendment of Electoral Act) Regulations, 2013
WHEREAS, if a situation affecting, for instance, the general public interest of Zimbabwe, cannot be dealt with adequately in terms of any other law and, because of its urgency, it is inexpedient to
await the passage through Parliament of an Act to deal with it, the President is empowered in terms of section 2 of the Presidential Powers (Temporary Measures) Act [Chapter I 0. 20] to
make such regulations as be considers will deal with that situation;

AND WHEREAS such a situation has arisen in connection with the decision and order of the Constitutional Court of Zimbabwe made pursuant to the case of Mawarire v. Robert Gabriel Mugabe and others (Judgment No. CCZ 1/ 13), delivered on the 31st May, 2013, the effect or which was to order the President to issue the necessary proclamation for Presidential, Parliamentary and local authority elections to take place no later than the 31st July, 2013;

SI 2013-66 - Indigenisation Amendment No. 5 Regulations - 17 May 2013

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Youth Development, Indigenisation and Empowerment, after consultation with the Board has, in terms of section 21 of the Indigenisation and Economic Empowerment Act [Chapter 14:33], made the following regulations:- These regulations may be cited as the Indigenisation and Economic Empowerment (General) (Amendment) Regulations, 2013 (No. 5).

SI 2013-26A - Electoral Amendment Regs No 18 - Accreditation fees for observers

IT is hereby notified that the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission has, in terms of section 192 of the Electoral Act [Chapter 2:13], made these regulations with the approval of the Minister of Justice and Legal Affairs:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Electoral (Amendment) Regulations, 2013 (No. 18).
2. Section 27 of the Electoral Regulations, 2005, published in Statutory Instrument 21 of 2005, is repealed and the following is substituted

HIS EXCELLENCY THE HONOURABLE ROBERT GABRIEL MUGABE, Grand Commander of the Zimbabwe Order of Merit, President of Zimbabwe and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces of Zimbabwe. WHEREAS, it is provided by section 3 of the Referendums Act [Chapter 2:10] that, whenever the President considers it desirable to ascertain the views of voters on any question or issue, he may by proclamation in the Gazette.

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Youth Development, Indigenisation and Empowerment, after consultation with the Board has, in terms of section 21 of the Indigenisation and Economic Empowerment Act [Chapter 14:33], made the following regulations:— 1. These regulations may be cited as the Indigenisation and Economic Empowerment (Amendment) Regulations, 2011 (No. 4).

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Youth Development, Indigenisation and Empowerment, after consultation with the Board, has, in terms of section 21 of the Indigenisation and Empowerment Act [Chapter 14:33], made the following regulations: (1) These regulations may be cited as the Indigenisation and Economic Empowerment (General) Regulations, 2010. (2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1st March, 2010.

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1st March, 2010.
