SI 2017-094 Karoi (Clamping and Tow-away) By-laws,2017

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Local Government, Public Works and National Housing has, in terms of section 229 of the Urban Councils Act [Chapter 29:15], approved the following by-laws made by the Karoi Town Council:-
1. These by-laws may be cited as the Karoi (Clamping and Tow-away) By laws, 2017.
2. These by-laws shall apply to the area under the jurisdiction of the Karoi Town Council.

SI 2017-096 Collective Bargaining Agreement-Agriculture

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare has, in terms of section 80(1) of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], published the Collective Bargaining Agreement set out in the Schedule, which further amends the agreement published in Statutory !nstrument 116 of 2014, which has been registered in terms of section 79 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01].

GN 2017 - 456 Notice Expropriating Land for Public Purposes

CONSTITUTION OF ZIMBABWE ----------- Notice of Acquisition of Agricultural Land under Section 72(2) of the Constitution ----------- It is hereby notified that the Minister of Lands and Rural Resettlement acquires for and behalf of the State, the land identified and described in the Schedule for public purpose under section 72(2) of the Constitution of Zimbabwe. Further take notice that the ownership of the acquired land with full title therein vested in the State is with effect from the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette. HON. D.T. Public Procurement And Disposal Of Public Assets Act

To provide for the control and regulation of public procurement and the disposal of public assets so as to ensure that such procurement and disposal is effected in a manner that is transparent, fair, honest, costeffective and competitive; to establish the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe and to provide for its functions; to amend the Infrastructure Development Bank of Zimbabwe Act [Chapter 24:14]; to repeal the Procurement Act [Chapter 22:141 (No.2 of 1999); and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.
