SI 2020-001 Customs and Excise (Clothing Manufacturer) (Rebate)(Amendment) Regulations, 2020 (No. 4)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has, in terms of section 235, as read with section 120, of the Customs and Excise Act [Chapter 23:02], made the following regulations:—

1. These regulations may be cited as the Customs and Excise (Clothing Manufacturer) (Rebate) (Amendment) Regulations, 2020 (No. 4).

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has, in terms of section 235, as read with section 120, of the Customs and Excise Act [Chapter 23:02], made the following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Customs and Excise (Tourism) (Rebate) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 (No. 2).

SI 2019-277 Value Added Tax (Unbeneficiated Hides Export) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 (No. 1)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has, in terms of section 78 as read with section 12C of the Value Added Tax Act [Chapter 23:12], made the following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Value Added Tax (Unbeneficiated Hides Export) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 (No. 1).

SI 2019-276 Customs and Excise (Suspension) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 (No. 224)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has, in terms of section 235 as read with section 120 of the Customs and Excise Act [Chapter 23:02], made the following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Customs and Excise (Suspension) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 (No. 224).

SI 2019-275A Lotteries and Gaming (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 (No. 6): Correction of Error

IT is hereby notified, for general information, that the Lotteries and Gaming (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019, published in Statutory Instrument 275 of 2019, contained an error.
1. These regulations are corrected by the repeal of the Schedule and the insertion of the following Schedule—

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Home Affairs and Cultural Heritage has, in terms of section 65 of the Lotteries and Gaming Act [Chapter 10:26] as read with sections 16 and 23 of the Betting and Totalizator Control Act [Chapter 10:02], made the following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Lotteries and Gaming (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 (No. 6).

SI 2019-274 Collective Bargaining Agreement National Employment Council for Agricultural Industry

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare has, in terms of section 80(1) of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], published the Collective Bargaining Agreement set out in the Schedule which further amends the agreement published in Statutory Instrument 116 of 2014, registered in terms of section 79 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01].

IT is hereby notifi ed that the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare has, in terms of section 80(1) of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], published the Collective Bargaining Agreement set out in the Schedule which further amends the agreement published in Statutory Instrument 116 of 2014, registered in terms of section 79 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01].
