GN 2020-2438 to 9 Notices re Vacant ZANU-PF Senate Seat, Mashonaland Central

These notices concern the Mashonaland Central Senate seat formerly held by the late Air Marshal Rtd Perrance Shiri.  ZANU-PF has nominated Eleven KAMBIZI to fill the seat in terms of section 39 of the Electoral Act.  Any objections to the candidate filling the seat must be submitted on or before Thursday 1st October 2020 as required by GN 2439/2020

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs has, in terms of section 56(1) and (4) of the High Court Act [Chapter 7:06], approved the following rules of court made by the Chief Justice and the Judge President:—

SI 2020-217 Public Health (COVID-19 Prevention, Containment and Treatment) (National Lockdown) (No. 2) (Amendment) Order, 2020 (No. 3)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Health and Child Care has, in terms of section 8(1) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Prevention, Containment and Treatment) Regulations, 2020 (published in Statutory Instrument 77 of 2020), made the following order:—
1. This order may be cited as the Public Health (COVID-19 Prevention, Containment and Treatment) (National Lockdown) (No. 2) (Amendment) Order, 2020 (No. 3).

Finance Bill, 2020 - Amendments by National Assembly on 10th September 2020

The Finance Bill, 2020 (H.B. 4, 2020) was passed by the National Assembly on Thursday 10th September 2020 with amendments.  It was then sent to the Senate.
