SI 2020-266 Collective Bargaining Agreement – Welfare and Educational Institutions

IT is hereby notified, in terms of section 80 of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], that the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare has, approved the publication of the Collective Bargaining Agreement set out in the Schedule and registered in terms of section 79 of the Act [Chapter 28:01].

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has, in terms of section 81 of the Banking Act [Chapter 22:24] and in consultation with the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe as required by subsection (5) of that section, made the following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Banking (Amendment) Regulations, 2020 (No. 5).

SI 2020-264 Collective Bargaining Agreement - National Employment Council for the Agricultural Industry (All Sub Sector Allowances in the Agricultural Industry)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare has, in terms of section 80(1) of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], published the Collective Bargaining Agreement set out in the Schedule which further amends the agreement published in Statutory Instrument 116 of 2014, and is registered in terms of section 79 of the Act.

Post-Cabinet Press Briefing: Meeting 2020-38: 03 NOVEMBER 2020

Cabinet considered and approved the Zimbabwe National Human Settlements Policy as presented by Vice President Honourable K.C.D. Mohadi, as Chairman of the Cabinet Committee on Social Services and Poverty Eradication. The policy is guided by and seeks to inform implementation of the relevant aspects of Agenda 2030 (Sustainable Development Goals), the African Union Agenda 2063, Zimbabwe’s Vision 2030, the national Constitution and national and international resilience frameworks.
