GN 2021-853 Government Guarantee issued by the Republic of Zimbabwe-Agricultural Bank of Zimbabwe and Agricultural Marketing Authority

IT is hereby notified, in terms of section 300(3) of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, as read with section 18(2) of the Public Debt Management Act [Chapter 22:21], that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development hereby issued the following—

GN 2021-851 PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND PROHIBITION OF BUSINESS ACT FOR 2022

 IT is hereby declared that, in terms of section 2(1) of the Public Holidays and Prohibition of Business Act [Chapter 10:21], the days listed in the Schedule will be public holidays in 2022. This list does not include any days which the President may declare to be public holidays in terms of section 2(2) of the Public Holidays and Prohibition of Business Act [Chapter 10:21].

1. These regulations may be cited as the Private Investigators and Security Guards (General) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 (No. 3).

SI 2021-104 Environmental Management (Control of Alluvial Mining) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 (No. 2)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Environment, Climate Change, Tourism and Hospitality Industry has, in terms of section 140 of the Environmental Management Act [Chapter 20:27], and in consultation with the Environmental Management Agency, made the following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Environmental Management (Control of Alluvial Mining) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 (No. 2).

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has, in terms of section 235 of the Customs and Excise Act [Chapter 23:02], made the following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Customs and Excise (General) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 (No. 105).
2. These regulations shall be deemed to have come into effect on the 1st of January, 2021.
