2. Attach to each form the nominee’s curriculum vitae and a written justification of the suitability of the nominee.
3. Completed nomination forms are to be delivered to Parliament Building, Corner Kwame Nkurumah Avenue and Third Street or posted to the Clerk of Parliament P.O. Box CY 298, Causeway, Harare. Alternatively you can email the forms to the Clerk of Parliament at hr@parlzim.gov.zw
