SI 2018-182 - Medicines & Allied Substances (Complementary Medicines) (Amendment) Regulations (No. 1)

This statutory instrument amends the Medicines and Allied Substances Control (Complementary Medicines) 2015, published in SI 97/2015, by inserting the following new section: 

Sale of complementary medicines

8A.  No person shall sell any complementary medicine unless it is approved by the Authority.
