This Bill was gazetted in a Government Gazette Extraordinary dated 7th December 2018. 

The Bill was passed by the National Assembly on 20th December, but with amendments: an increase in Vote 2 for Parliament and a corresponding decrease in the Unallocated Reserve in the Vote for the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development.  The amended version of the Bill [link] was passed by the Senate on 30th January 2018.
