IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Local Government, Public Works and National Housing has, in terms of section 229 of the Urban Councils Act [Chapter 29:15], approved the following by-laws made by the Masvingo City Council:—
1. These by-laws may be cited as th e Masvingo (Incorporated Area) (Rent, Service and Supplementary Charges) (Amendment) By-laws, 2019 (No. 30).
2. The Masvingo (Incorporated Area) (Rent, Service and Supplementary Charges) By-laws, 1981, published in Statutory Instrument 172 of 1981, are amended by the repeal of the First Schedule and the substitution of—
