IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Mines and Mining Development has, in terms of section 403 of the Mines and Mining Development Act [Chapter 21:05], made following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as Mining (General) (Amendment) Regulations, 2020 (No. 22).
2. The Mining (General) Regulations, 1977, published in Rhodesia Government Notice 247 of 1977 (herein called the “principal regulations”), are amended by the deletion of the Second Schedule and substitution of the following—
