THE Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs in consultation with the Minister of Finance and Economic Development, in terms of section 280 of the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act [Chapter 9:23], as read with section 24(1) of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2019, hereby makes the following notice:—
1. This notice may be cited as the Criminal Law Codification and Reform (Standard Scale of Fines) Notice, 2020.
2. The First Schedule to the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act is repealed and the following is substituted—
“FIRST SCHEDULE (Sections 2(1) and 280)
