IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Transport and Infrastructural Development has, in terms of section 81 of the Road Traffi c Act [Chapter 13:11], made the following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Licensing of Drivers) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 (No. 33).
2. Section 12 of the Road Traffic (Licensing of Drivers) Regulations, 1977, published in Rhodesia Government Notice No. 240 of 1997, is hereby repealed and substituted with the following—
