IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Transport and Infrastructural Development has, in terms of section 81 of the Road Traffic Act [Chapter 13:11], as amended, the following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Axle Loading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022 (No. 6).
2. The Road Traffic (Axle-loading) Regulations, 1993, published in Statutory Instrument 106 of 1993, as amended by Road Traffic (Axle-loading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 (No. 5), published in Statutory Instrument 251 of 2021, are hereby amended by the deletion of the Third Schedule and substitution of the following—
