The Ministry’s Mandate

From the 8 Key Result Areas (KRAs) of the Ministry, the Division’s core business derives from the following 4 goals:

• Improving the quality of education through the development and provision of syllabuses and teaching and learning materials for all schools by 2015.

• Strengthening the learning and teaching of Educational Information Communication Technology (EICT) in all schools by 2015

• Evaluating educational materials and programmes

• Improving the quality of human resources in the schools and at the Centre by 2015
