THE Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs, in terms of section 4(3) of the Magistrates Court Act [Chapter 7:10], hereby makes the following notice—
1. This notice may be cited as the Magistrates’ Court (Resident Court) (Nembudziya) Notice, 2023.
2. Nembudziya is hereby designated as a Resident Court for Midlands Province.
