THE Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs, in terms of section 4(3) of the Magistrates Court Act [Chapter 7:10], hereby makes the following notice—
1. This notice may be cited as the Magistrates’ Court (Periodical Court) (Lusulu) Notice, 2023.
2. Lusulu is hereby designated as a place for holding periodical court in Matabeleland North Province.
