IT is hereby notified that His Excellency the President has been pleased, under the provisions of section 110(4) of the Constitution to accede to the Revised Georgetown Agreement and to execute the Instrument of Accession to the afore-said Agreement as published in the Schedule, under the powers conferred upon him by sections 6 and 7(3) of the International Treaties Act [Chapter 3:05].
