 IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs has, in terms of section 87(1)(a) of the Deeds Registries Act [Chapter 20:05], made the following regulations:— 

1. These regulations may be cited as the Deeds Registries (Amendment) Regulations, 2024 (No. 18). 

2. The Second Schedule to the Deeds Registries Regulations, 1977, published in Rhodesia Government Notice 249 of 1977, is repealed and substituted with the following—
