HIS Excellency the President in terms of section 14(6) of Sovereign Wealth Fund of Zimbabwe Act [Chapter 22:20] (No. 7 of 2014), and after consulting the Mutapa Investment Fund Board, makes the following notice:—

1. This notice may be cited as the Sovereign Wealth Fund of Zimbabwe (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) Notice, 2024.

2. The Fourth Schedule (“Assets Forming Part of Initial Capital of Mutapa Investment Fund”) to the Sovereign Wealth Fund of Zimbabwe Act [Chapter 22:20] (No. 7 of 2014) is amended by the addition of the following items—
