THE Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs, in terms of section 4(3) of the Magistrates Court Act [Chapter 7:10], hereby makes the following notice:—

1. This notice may be cited as the Magistrates Court (Regional Court) (Kwekwe) Notice, 2024.

2. Kwekwe is hereby appointed as a place for holding a regional court in Midlands Province.
