IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Home Affairs and Cultural Heritage has, in terms of section 20 of the National Museums and Monuments Act [Chapter 25:11], declared Mutoko Ruins situated in Mutoko Rural District Council, about 150 kilometres north-east of Harare in Mashonalaland East Province, 3 km off the Harare– Nyamapanda highway, is hereby redefined by change of boundaries and change of name to Tere raMakate: to be a national monument.
