The Parliamentary committee meetings listed below will be open to the public on Monday 7th April. Open meetings for the other days of next week will be notified in a separate bulletin.

Members of the public may attend these meetings, but as observers only, not as participants, i.e. they may listen but not speak. The meetings are at Parliament in Harare. If attending, please use the entrance on Kwame Nkrumah Ave between 2nd and 3rd Streets. Note that IDs must be produced.
The above details are based on the latest information from Parliament. But, as there are sometimes last-minute changes to the meetings schedule, persons wishing to attend should avoid disappointment by checking with the relevant committee clerk [see names below] that the meeting is still on and open to the public. Other Committees will be holding closed meetings engaging in activities such as:
Fact-finding/familiarisation visits
The Portfolio Committee on Communication Technology, Postal and Courier Services will have a familiraisation tour to ZIMPOST
Deliberations
Registrar-General’s Office The Portfolio Committee on Defence, Home Affairs and Security Services will be deliberating on its fact-finding visit last week to the Registrar-General’s Offices at Makombe Building and KG VI barracks
Gold-mining sector The Portfolio Committee on Mines and Energy will be deliberating on oral evidence received during last week’s open meeting from the ZRP Minerals and Border Control Unit.
The bulletin notifying open meetings on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8th, 9th and 10th April will be distributed as soon as possible.
