SI 2023-216 Chikomba Rural District Council (Environmental and Natural Resources Conservation) By-law

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Local Government, Rural and Urban Development has, in terms of section 90 of the Rural District Councils Act [Chapter 29:13], approved the following by-laws made by the Chikomba Rural District Council:—

Title

1. These by-laws may be cited as the Chikomba Rural District Council Environmental and Natural Resources Conservation By-laws, 2023.

SI 2023-215 Umzingwane Rural District Council (Environmental and Natural Resources Conservation) By-laws, 2023

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Local Government, Rural and Urban Development has, in terms of section 90 of the Rural District Councils Act [Chapter 29:13], approved the following by-laws made by the Umzingwane Rural District Council:—

SI 2021-212 Zambezi River Authority (Kariba Dam Wall Toll Fees) (Amendment) By-laws, 2021 (No. 3)

Gazetted on the 6th August, 2021.
IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Energy and Power Development has, in terms of Article 10(1) of the Agreement between the Republic of Zimbabwe and the Republic of Zambia concerning the utilisation of the Zambezi River, made the following by-laws:—
1. These by-laws may be cited as the Zambezi River Authority (Kariba Dam Wall Toll Fees) (Amendment) By-laws, 2021 (No. 3).

SI 2021-069 Harare (Incorporated and Local Government Areas) (Rent) (Amendment) By-laws, 2021 (No. 30)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Local Government and Public Works has, in terms of section 219 of the Urban Councils Act [Chapter 29:15], approved the following by-laws made by the City Council of Harare:—
1. These by-laws may be cited as the Harare (Incorporated and Local Government Areas) (Rent) (Amendment) By-laws, 2021 (No. 30).

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Local Government and Public Works has, in terms of section 229 of the Urban Councils Act [Chapter 29:15], approved the following by-laws made by the City Council of Harare:—
1. These by-laws may be cited as the Harare (Incorporated and Local Government Areas) (Waste Management) (Amendment) By-laws, 2021 (No. 28).

SI 2021-064 Bindura Rural District Council (Environmental, Land-use and Natural Resources Conservation) By-law, 2021

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Local Government and Public Works has, in terms of section 90 of the Rural District Council Act [Chapter 29:13], approved the following by-laws made by the Bindura Rural District Council:—
Title
1. These by-laws may be cited as the Bindura Rural District Council (Environmental, Land-use and Natural Resources Conservation) By-laws, 2021.

SI 2021-057 Chartered Accountants (Amendment) By-laws, 2021 (No. 4)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has, in terms of section 20 of the Chartered Accountants Act [Chapter 27:02], approved the following by-laws made by the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe:—
1. These by-laws may be cited as the Chartered Accountants (Amendment) By-laws, 2021 (No. 4).
