IT is hereby notified that His Excellency the President, in terms of section 2 of the Exchange Control Act [Chapter 22:05], has made the following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Exchange Control (Payment for Electricity and Related Services in Foreign Currency by Exporters and Partial Exporters) (Amendment) Order, 2023 (No. 1).

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has, in terms of section 115(3) of the Customs and Excise Act [Chapter 23:02], made the following notice: —

1.   This notice may be cited as the Customs and Excise (Designation of Foreign Currency Dutiable Goods) (Amendment) Notice, 2018 (No. 1).

This statutory instrument was gazetted in a Government Gazette Extraordinary late on 22nd February 2019, making that date its date of commencement.  Section 2 of the regulations is set out in full below:

    2.  The Exchange Control Regulations, 1996, published in Statutory Instrument 109 of 1996, is amended in section 2 (“Interpretation”) by the insertion of the following definition—
