SI 2019-056 Suppression of Foreign and International Terrorism - Regulations to Implement UN Security Resolutions

WHEREAS Zimbabwe is a member of the United Nations and
in pursuit of its commitment to International Peace and Security as
enunciated under the Charter of the United Nations, has enacted the
Suppression of Foreign and International Terrorism Act [Chapter
11:21] (No. 5 of 2007), which authorises the Minister to make
regulations for the purpose of implementing the provisions of the
Act and the relevant United Nations Security Council Resolutions;
