SI 2021-196 Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (Issue of Fifty Dollar Banknote) Notice, 2021

THE Minister of Finance and Economic Development has hereby, in terms of section 40(3) of the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe Act [Chapter 22:15], made the following notice specifying the matters determined by the President in terms of subsection (2) of that section:—

GN 2021-853 Government Guarantee issued by the Republic of Zimbabwe-Agricultural Bank of Zimbabwe and Agricultural Marketing Authority

IT is hereby notified, in terms of section 300(3) of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, as read with section 18(2) of the Public Debt Management Act [Chapter 22:21], that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development hereby issued the following—

GN 2021-245E Government Guarantee issued by the Republic of Zimbabwe - Agricultural Bank of Zimbabwe (Agribank)

IT is hereby notified, in terms of section 300(3) of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, read with section 20(1) of the Public Debt Management Act [Chapter 22:21], that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has issued the following Government Guarantee—

GN 2021-245B Government Guarantee issued by the Republic of Zimbabwe - Agricultural Bank of Zimbabwe (Agribank) and FBC Bank

IT is hereby notified, in terms of section 300(3) of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, read with section 20(1) of the Public Debt Management Act [Chapter 22:21], that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has issued the following  Government Guarantee—

GN 2021-245A Government Guarantee issued by the Republic of Zimbabwe - Infrastructural Development Bank of Zimbabwe (IDBZ)

IT is hereby notified, in terms of section 300(3) of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, read with section 20(1) of the Public Debt Management Act [Chapter 22:21], that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has issued the following Government Guarantee—

GN 2021-0170 Loan Agreement Between the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe and the African Export-Import Bank

IT is hereby notified that, in terms of section 300(3) of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, that on the 31st of December, 2019, the Government of the Republic of Zimbabwe acting through the Minister responsible for Finance and Economic Development was a guarantor to a loan agreement concluded between the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, represented by the Governor, and the African Export-Import Bank on the following terms—

GN 2021-0169 Loan Agreement Between the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe and the African Export-Import Bank

IT is hereby notified that, in terms of section 300(3) of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, that on the 27th of December, 2017, the Government of the Republic of Zimbabwe acting through the Minister responsible for Finance and Economic Development was a guarantor to a loan agreement concluded between the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, represented by the Governor, and the African Export-Import Bank on the following terms—

GN 2021-0168 Loan Agreement Between the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe and the African Export-Import Bank

IT is hereby notified that, in terms of section 300(3) of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, that on the 21st May, 2019, the Government of the Republic of Zimbabwe acting through the Minister responsible for Finance and Economic Development was a guarantor to a loan agreement concluded between the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, represented by the Governor, and the African Export-Import Bank on the following terms—
