Public Accounts Committee: Report on Analysis of the Auditor-General's 2020 Report for Harare City Council

2.0 OBJECTIVES OF THE ENQUIRY
2.1 The Committee sought to establish the extent to which Harare City Council had addressed audit observations made in the 2020 Auditor General’s Report by implementing recommendations made by the Auditor General. In addition, the Committee sought to establish why Harare City Council is operating without a proper accounting system.

 

2022 Budget - Post-Budget Consultations by Committees 30 November to 7 December

On 25th November, after the  Budget speech by the Minister of Finance and Economic Development, the National Assembly adjourned until Tuesday afternoon 7th December, when the Budget debate on the Budget speech will resume.  The Senate also went into recess and will resume sitting the following week, on Tuesday 14th December.
