Public Health (COVID-19 Prevention, Containment and Treatment) (National Lockdown) (No. 2) Order, 2020 Consolidated as at 2021.05.07

THE Minister of Health, in terms of section 8(1) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Prevention, Containment and Treatment) Regulations, 2020 (published as Statutory Instrument 77 of 2020), and in consultation with the President, makes the following order:–

SI 2021-109 Customs and Excise (Printing and Packaging) (Rebate) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 (No. 7))

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development, in terms of section 235 as read with section 120 of the Customs and Excise Act [Chapter 23:02], hereby makes the following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Customs and Excise (Printing and Packaging) (Rebate) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 (No. 7).

SI 2021-108 Public Health (COVID-19 Prevention, Containment and Treatment) (National Lockdown) (No. 2) (Amendment) Order, 2021 (No. 20)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Health and Child Care has, in terms of section 8(1) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Prevention, Containment and Treatment) Regulations, 2020 (published in Statutory Instrument 77 of 2020) made the following order: —

SI 2021-105 Private Investigators and Security Guards (General) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 (No. 3)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Home Affairs and Cultural Heritage has, in terms of section 26 of the Private Investigators and Security Guards (Control) Act [Chapter 27:10], made the following regulations:—
Title
1. These regulations may be cited as the Private Investigators and Security Guards (General) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 (No. 3).

SI 2021-104 Environmental Management (Control of Alluvial Mining) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 (No. 2)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Environment, Climate Change, Tourism and Hospitality Industry has, in terms of section 140 of the Environmental Management Act [Chapter 20:27], and in consultation with the Environmental Management Agency, made the following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Environmental Management (Control of Alluvial Mining) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 (No. 2).

SI 2021-102 Customs and Excise (General) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 (No. 105)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has, in terms of section 235 of the Customs and Excise Act [Chapter 23:02], made the following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Customs and Excise (General) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 (No. 105).
2. These regulations shall be deemed to have come into effect on the 1st of January, 2021.

SI 2021-101 Electricity (Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 (No. 2)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Energy and Power Development, after consultation with the Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority has, in terms of section 65 of the Electricity Act [Chapter 13:19], made the following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Electricity (Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 (No. 2).

SI 2021-100 Customs and Excise (Suspension) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 (No. 248)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development, in terms of section 235 as read with section 120 of the Customs and Excise Act [Chapter 23:02], has made the following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Customs and Excise (Suspension) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 (No. 248). 2. The Customs and Excise (Suspension) (Amendment) Regulations, 2003, published in Statutory Instrument 257 of 2003,

SI 2021-099 Magistrates Court (Resident Court) (Inyathi) Notice, 2021

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs has, in terms of section 4(3) of the Magistrates Court Act [Chapter 7:10], hereby makes the following notice:—
1. This notice may be cited as the Magistrates Court (Resident Court) (Inyathi) Notice, 2012.
2. Inyathi is hereby designated as a Resident Court for Bulawayo Province.

SI 2021-094 Customs and Excise (Textile Manufacturers) (Rebate) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 (No. 6)

THE Minister of Finance and Economic Development, in terms of section 235, as read with section 120 of the Customs and Excise Act [Chapter 23:02], hereby makes the following regulations:—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Customs and Excise (Textile Manufacturers) (Rebate) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 (No. 6).

SI 2021-097 Grain Marketing (Control of Sale of Soya Beans) Regulations, 2021

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Lands, Agriculture, Fisheries, Water, and Rural Resettlement has, in terms of section 39 of the Grain Marketing Act [Chapter 18:14], made the following regulations:—
Title
1. These regulations may be cited as the Grain Marketing (Control of Sale of Soya Beans) Regulations, 2021.

SI 2021-095 Postal and Telecommunications (Telecommunications Traffic Monitoring System) Regulations, 2021

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Information Communication Technology, Postal and Courier Services has, in terms of section 99(2) of the Postal and Telecommunication Act [Chapter 12:05], after consultation with the Authority, made the
