SI 2016-137 - Postal and Telecommunications (Infrastructure Sharing) Regulations, 2016

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Information CommunicationTechnology, Postal and Courier Services has, in terms of section 99 of the Postal and Telecommunications Act [Chapter 12:05], after consultation with the Authority, made the following regulations. These regulations may be cited as the Postal and Telecommunications (Infrastructure Sharing) Regulations, 2016.

SI 2016-116 Proclamation 9 of 2016 - Official Opening of Fourth Session of the Eighth Parliament

Proclamation by the President R. G. Mugabe on the official opening date of the Fourth Session of the Eighth Parliament of Zimbabwe. The official opening day has been set as the noon of Thursday, 6th of October, 2016. This Proclamation replaces and overrides Proclamation 6/2016 (SI 101/2016) which fixed a different date.

THE Council for Legal Education, in terms of section 6(1) of the Legal Practitioners (Council for Legal Education) Rules, 1992, hereby makes the following notice:-

SI 2016-093 - Proclamation 5 of 2016 - Announcement of Norton By-Election

HIS EXCELLENCY THE HONOURABLE ROBERT GABRIEL MUGABE, G.C.Z.M., President of Zimbabwe and Commander in-Chief of the Defence Forces of Zimbabwe.
WHEREAS, in terms of section 129(1)(k) of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, the seat of member of Parliarment for Norton has become vacant by reason of member of Parliament having
ceased to belong to a political party which he was member when elected to Parliament.

SI 2016-092 - Harare (Road Verges Maintenance) By-laws, 2016

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Local Government, Public Works and National Housing has, in terms of section 229 of the Urban Councils Act [Chapter 29:151. approved the following by-laws made by Harare City Council. These by-laws may be cited as the Harare (Road Verges Maintenance) By-lavvs, 2016.
Application
These by-laws shall apply to the City of Harare area and any local government area the administration, control and management of which is vested in the City Council of Harare.

SI 2016-089 - Estate Agents (Professional Conduct) (Amendment) Rules, 2016 (No. 6)

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs has, in terms of section 70 of the Estate Agents Act [Chapter 27: 17], approved the following rules made by the Estate Agents Council. These rules may be cited as the Estate Agents (Professional Conduct) (Amendment) Rules, 2016 (No.6).

SI 2016-086 - Plumtree Town Council (Clamping and Tow-away) By-laws, 2016

IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Local Government Public Works and National Housing has, in terms of section 229 of the Urban Councils Act [Chapter 29:75], approved the following by-law’s made by the Plumtree Town Council. —

These by-laws may be cited as the Plumtree Town Council (Clamping and Tow-away) By-laws, 2016.

SI 2016-072 - Labour (Employment Code of Conduct National Employment Council for Schools Development Associations and Committees in Government and Council run Schools) Regulations, 2016

IT is hereby notified that the  Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare has in terms of section 101 (9) of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01] made the following regulations-

For the purpose of this Employment Code of Conduct;
1.1 The code shall apply to all employees of SDA/Cs. It shall not apply to members of the School Development Association Committee.
